Zusammenfassung

Jacobs is seeking an experienced Construction MEP Project Manager to lead planning, coordination, installation, testing and commissioning of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and critical systems for hyperscale data center projects.

You will coordinate with owners, design teams, contractors and vendors to ensure safety, quality, reliability and on-time project delivery, while maintaining rigorous commissioning and startup procedures.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Construction Management, Building Systems Engineering or related field.

Aufgaben

• Lead all MEP aspects of hyperscale data center projects from design review through turnover and commissioning.
• Coordinate MEP construction activities with the overall project schedule and construction sequencing plans.
• Manage relationships with owners, design consultants, general contractors, MEP trade contractors, equipment vendors, and utility providers.
• Provide leadership during all project phases including preconstruction, procurement, installation, startup, commissioning, and closeout.
• Oversee installation and commissioning of mechanical systems including chilled water plants, cooling systems, CRAH/CRAC units, cooling towers, heat rejection and liquid cooling technologies.
• Coordinate electrical infrastructure installation, testing, energization with utility providers, substations, switchgear, UPS, and power distribution.
• Review RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and design changes; monitor contractor productivity, quality, and schedule.
• Support project controls: budgets, forecasts, and cost controls; track progress and performance.
• Coordinate commissioning activities and handoff with operators and owners.
