Jacobs is seeking an experienced Construction MEP Project Manager to lead planning, coordination, installation, testing and commissioning of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and critical systems in hyperscale data center projects.

This on-site role requires coordinating with owners, design teams, contractors and vendors to deliver on schedule, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards. 8+ years preferred.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 8+ years of construction project leadership.
• Experience delivering mission-critical, industrial, or data center projects.
• Strong knowledge of MEP coordination, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Proficiency with construction management software and project controls tools.
• OSHA certification and ability to travel for project assignments.
• Experience managing multiple contractors and vendors on large projects.
• Ability to review drawings, specs, submittals, RFIs, and commissioning docs.

• Lead all MEP aspects of hyperscale data center projects from design through turnover.
• Coordinate mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and critical systems.
• Manage project schedule, procurement, and contractor performance.
