GSquared Group is seeking a hybrid Product Owner to translate business needs into clear, buildable requirements and drive initiatives from planning through delivery. You will partner with stakeholders to turn complex processes into actionable user stories and maintain a prioritized backlog.

In this role, you will build project plans, align resources across teams, and manage risks while ensuring timely delivery. Strong communication and familiarity with Jira, MS Project, and Excel are essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, CS, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in product ownership, business analysis, and project management.
• Familiarity with structured requirements methodologies (use cases, scenarios, UML, BPMN, or BABOK-aligned practices).
• Proficiency with Jira, MS Project, and Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with business stakeholders to document requirements and write acceptance criteria.
• Maintain a clean backlog with well-written tickets.
• Prioritize features by value, feasibility, and capacity.
• Coordinate and support user acceptance testing to verify solutions.
• Build and manage project plans with scope, milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
• Align resources across teams and communicate status to leadership.
• Champion continuous improvement across tools, workflows, and processes.
• Support training, documentation, and rollout activities to drive adoption of new features.
