Austin Industrial is seeking an HVAC Superintendent – Industrial to lead field operations on large industrial HVAC projects in Bogalusa, LA. You will supervise crews, coordinate installation, commissioning, and maintenance of HVAC systems, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role requires strong leadership, the ability to read schematics, and effective communication with project managers, vendors, and clients.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of industrial HVAC experience with supervisory or foreman-level leadership.
• Strong knowledge of industrial mechanical systems including hydronic and large-scale air handling.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, P&IDs, and mechanical schematics.
• Proven experience managing crews on complex industrial projects.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and site safety practices.

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise HVAC field crews, subcontractors, and technicians on industrial job sites.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily work activities to meet milestones.
• Oversee installation of HVAC systems including chillers, boilers, ductwork, and controls.
• Ensure safety policies and site safety requirements are followed.
• Coordinate inspections, testing, and commissioning activities.
