Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking an on-site HVAC Technician in Fort Worth, TX to oversee inspection, maintenance, and repair of building mechanical systems. The role reports to the Program Manager and involves travel to other contract locations as required, operating as a full-time team member.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of O&M experience, HVAC certification, and proficiency with MS Office. Excellent communication and documentation skills are essential, with a focus on safety and regulatory

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in operations & maintenance of building systems including HVAC, Fire Suppression, Environmental and Water Treatment.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project).
• Driver's License required.
• HVAC License/Certification required.
• EPA Universal or EPA I & EPA III certification required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain and repair HVAC and related mechanical systems.
• Create estimates and coordinate with vendors for repairs.
• Utilize Tsheets for timekeeping and daily logs.
• Prepare reports and maintain records for regulatory purposes.
• Respond to client concerns and conduct onsite inspections as needed.
