Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years’ experience in Operations & Maintenance of building systems including HVAC, Fire Suppression, Environmental and Water Treatment.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project) and strong written/oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain HVAC, fire suppression, water treatment, and emergency generator systems.
• Create estimates as needed; familiar with RS Means.
• Coordinate with vendors and purchasing for parts and repairs.
• Log timekeeping and maintain records for regulatory purposes.
• Prepare reports and summaries; conduct follow-up inspections.
• Travel to other locations within the contract as required.
