Job summary

JLL is hiring an HVAC Technician for a stationary, single-site operation in Atlanta, GA. You will maintain and troubleshoot critical HVAC systems, including boilers, chillers, cooling towers, and BAS, reporting to a dedicated team with long-tenured experience.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years hands-on experience with commercial HVAC systems (chillers, boilers, cooling towers, VAVs).
• Must be a current Local 99-99A AFL-CIO member or eligible to join within 90 days.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues independently and solve complex mechanical problems.
• Willingness to cross-train and work in a union environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of HVAC equipment and building systems as per contract requirements.
• Respond to service calls and perform diagnostics and repairs on HVAC equipment.
• Review and adjust BAS to optimize HVAC performance.
• Perform preventive maintenance including filter changes, coil cleaning, and lubrication.
• Collaborate with team and participate in cross-training on equipment types.
