Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in construction project management.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and field operations.
• Experience with schedules, budgets, procurement, change orders.
• Familiarity with Procore or similar PM software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and MS Project.
• Strong written and verbal communication and leadership.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Collaborative with customers, subcontractors and stakeholders.
• Valid driver's license and local travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects from kickoff to final completion.
• Develop schedules, manage budgets, and coordinate procurement.
• Coordinate with field teams from shop fabrication to installation.
• Review drawings, submittals, and change orders.
• Lead client progress meetings and maintain relationships.
