Job summary

Trane Technologies in Tennessee is seeking a Contracting Site Superintendent to lead day-to-day field execution of HVAC and construction projects, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, and quality standards. You will coordinate labor, subcontractors, materials, and customer communication on-site.

This role requires at least 5 years of commercial HVAC or construction experience, strong leadership, and proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial HVAC installation or general construction.
• Experience leading field teams and coordinating subcontractors.
• Ability to read schedules, plans, specifications and scopes.
• MS Office proficiency and handheld device familiarity.
• Trade/technical training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day on-site execution of HVAC/construction projects.
• Install and supervise HVAC equipment and systems on-site.
• Coordinate labor, subcontractors, materials, and client communication.
• Create and maintain short-term project schedules and look-ahead plans.
• Ensure safety practices and project quality, on time delivery.
