Job summary

Trane Technologies in Montgomery, Alabama is seeking a Site Superintendent to lead HVAC installation projects on customer sites.

You will manage installation, commissioning, startup, troubleshooting and service of HVAC systems, ensuring safety, quality and customer satisfaction.

The role requires a High School Diploma with 2–5 years of Commercial HVAC installation experience, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel with occasional overnight stays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–5 years of Commercial HVAC installation experience.
• Technical School or formal training preferred.
• Valid driver’s license for 12+ months with clean driving record.
• Flexibility to work overtime/weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, diagnose, repair and startup HVAC systems.
• Interpret drawings and specifications; coordinate site work and other trades.
• Plan and complete projects timely; maintain documentation of labor and materials.
• Provide on-site training and technical support to customers.
• Ensure compliance with safety and contracting processes.
• Maintain inventory, tools, and company equipment; report costs accurately.
