Job summary

Christensen, Inc. seeks an HSSE Manager to lead safety, health, security, and environmental programs across its operations from Richland, WA.

The role partners with General Managers and field staff to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while maintaining efficient, safe operations. The successful candidate will drive incident investigations, corrective actions, and training, shaping a proactive safety culture across multiple sites and facilities under the company

Qualifications

• Minimum BA/BS in Safety, Engineering, Environmental or related field.
• 3+ years' experience in Safety, Risk Management or related field(s).
• Experience with OSHA, DOT/FMCSA, EPA, DEQ and environmental compliance preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across several operating locations in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to lead investigations and drive corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Execute and administer HSSE programs across assigned operations.
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analyses with corrective actions.
• Deliver HSSE training and support regulatory compliance initiatives.
• Provide technical guidance and coaching to operational leadership and frontline staff.
• Coordinate environmental compliance programs including permits and reporting.
• Promote a proactive safety culture and partner with management teams.
