MANN+HUMMEL is seeking an experienced Health, Safety, and Environmental Manager to lead HSE initiatives at our Goleta, California facility. You will serve as the site SME for HSE and work with plant leadership to foster a strong safety culture and regulatory compliance.

This on-site role covers risk assessments, training, audits, incident response, and maintaining ISO-aligned HSE systems. A Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of manufacturing HSE experience are required; SAP knowledge is a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years of experience in HSE or related role, manufacturing preferred.
• Experience with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001; Cal/OSHA knowledge.
• Strong communication, training, and project management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local HSE regulations.
• Collaborate with regulatory agencies (CUPA, GSD, OSHA, Cal/OSHA, State Water Board, APCD).
• Lead environmental compliance activities, including emissions monitoring and reporting.
• Monitor HSE regulatory requirements and provide guidance.
• Drive corrective and preventive actions related to HSE incidents and risks.
• Maintain HSE management systems aligned with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
• Support risk assessments, emergency preparedness, audits, and reporting.
