BRPH is seeking an HSE Manager (Construction) to oversee safety across multiple locations in Florida, including Cape Canaveral Space Force Station. The role requires strong knowledge of OSHA/USACE regulations, proven field leadership, and the ability to pass security and site access requirements.

You will implement training, audit compliance, and support project teams to maintain safe, compliant operations.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental or Occupational Health & Safety with at least 5 years of experience.
• Alternative: 10 years of Construction HSE experience with 5 years in a supervisory role.
• CHST or similar HSE certification required.
• EM-385 certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Informs project teams of HSE requirements and ensures integration by subcontractors and crews.
• Delivers guidance on the HSE MS Program per policy, systems, and client requirements.
• Participates in meetings to discuss mitigation plans and HSE training programs.
• Develops and maintains site-specific HSE training materials and plans.
• Stops work in dangerous situations and advises on preventive practices.
• Investigates incidents, documents findings, and prescribes corrective actions.
• Coordinates regulatory inspections and retains reports for defense if needed.
