Job summary

White Pine Innovations seeks an on-site Human Resources Specialist to support the Defense Security Cooperation University (DSCU) in Dayton, Ohio. The specialist will provide expert HR assistance, analysis, and advisory support to DSCU leaders, ensuring compliance with OPM and DoD regulations while strengthening HR practices across DSCU.

Experience with the US government Security Cooperation program is highly preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field of study.
Minimum of 6 years of progressive HR experience with emphasis on classification and position management.
US Citizenship with an active Secret Clearance or ability to obtain favorable suitability adjudication.
Ability to translate workforce metrics and DSCA/OPM standards into executive summaries and dashboards.

Responsibilities

Perform duties as a Human Resources Specialist in support of the DSCU.
Support recruiting, interviewing, hiring, processing, and assignment support across the University in coordination with the DSCU HR office.
Safeguard all Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI).
Provide administrative and technical support for civilian recruitment life-cycle, including documentation, trackers, and reporting.
