Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related SC field.
• 10+ years of operational, strategic, and planning SC experience in or supporting the US government.
• Must be a US Citizen with an active Secret Clearance or ability to obtain clearance.
• Builds relationships with subject matter experts and practitioners to refine materials for SC workforce.
• Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and provide analytical support to DSCU faculty and staff.
• Lead and establish priorities for vetting content, product development, reviews, and dissemination strategies.
• Serve as an instructor for DSCU programs, delivering graduate-level instruction on SC strategy, policy, and planning.
• Develop, deliver, and assess instructional content for DSCU courses in line with DoD guidance.
• Instruct US and international military, civilian, and interagency students on SC tools and policies.
• Update course materials to align with current DSCU guidance.
• Engage with DSCU stakeholders to incorporate case studies and lessons learned.
