Job summary

White Pine Innovations, part of the Seneca Nation Group portfolio, seeks an on-site Human Resources Specialist to support the Defense Security Cooperation University in Dayton, Ohio. The HR Specialist provides expert HR assistance, policy advisory, and DSCA-compliant support to the Workforce Management Lead and senior staff.

You will manage recruitment life-cycle, maintain data integrity, safeguard PII/CUI, and coordinate onboarding/offboarding with IT and security teams. U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of progressive HR experience with emphasis on classification and position management.
• US Citizen with an active Secret Clearance or ability to obtain favorable suitability.
• Ability to translate workforce metrics and policies into executive summaries and dashboards.
• Strong communication and advisory skills for leadership and managers.
• Experience in Security Cooperation environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert HR support to DSCU Workforce Management Lead and senior staff.
• Support recruiting, interviewing, hiring, processing, and assignment activities with DSCU HR office.
• Safeguard Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI).
• Administer full life-cycle civilian recruitment actions and documentation.
• Track timelines for announcements, interviews, offers, and onboarding actions.
• Maintain and reconcile position and manpower data, org charts, and related docs.
• Develop and report workforce data, dashboards, and executive summaries.
