Seneca Holdings' White Pine Innovations is seeking an on-site part-time Human Resources Specialist to support the Defense Security Cooperation University (DSCU) in Dayton, Ohio. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of progressive HR experience with emphasis on classification and position management.
• US Citizenship with active Secret Clearance or ability to obtain favorable suitability.
• Ability to translate workforce metrics into executive-level summaries and dashboards.
• Strong communication, advisory, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR expert assistance to DSCU Workforce Management Lead and staff.
• Support recruitment, interviewing, hiring, processing, and assignment in coordination with the DSCU HR office.
• Safeguard PII and CUI.
• Support life-cycle of civilian recruitment actions with documentation and tracking.
• Prepare workforce data reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.
• Coordinate onboarding and off-boarding requirements.
