Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in recruiting, staffing, customer service, HR, or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn HR and recruiting software.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between client locations as needed.
• Bilingual Spanish, Arabic, or French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the full recruiting process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Post jobs, review applications, screen candidates, and schedule interviews.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
• Represent the company at job fairs, hiring events, and community outreach programs.
• Serve as a friendly point of contact for employee questions and support needs.
• Assist with new hire orientations and onboarding activities.
• Help maintain positive employee relations and support workplace engagement.
• Build strong relationships with clients, employees, and candidates through responsive service.
• Travel to client locations as needed to provide on-site support.
• Maintain accurate candidate and employee records in HR and recruiting systems.
• Coordinate onboarding paperwork, background checks, and compliance requirements.
• Help ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and employment regulations.
• Assist with reporting, administrative tasks, and special projects as needed.
• Track recruiting activity and share hiring updates with stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and create a better candidate and employee experience.
