Abricu is seeking a Human Resources Recruiter to manage the recruiting lifecycle—from posting roles to interviewing and onboarding. You will partner with senior leaders to schedule in-person interviews and advise on candidates.

Responsibilities include background checks, new hire processes, and ongoing onboarding support. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of recruiting experience, strong communication, and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience.
• Ability to learn applicant-tracking systems quickly.
• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Post jobs in a timely manner after requisition.
• Review applications, schedule and conduct interviews.
• Coordinate in-person interviews with senior leaders and provide candidate recommendations.
• Complete background checks, hire forms, and onboarding checklists.
• Conduct HR orientation and onboarding with clear communication.
• Follow up with 30-60-90 check-ins for new hires.
• Review HR invoices for accuracy and flag discrepancies.
• File documents and perform clerical HR functions.
• Support HR programs and participate in industry networks.
