Job summary

Moss, the #1 Solar EPC Contractor in the United States, is hiring a Human Resources Field Coordinator to support a utility-scale solar project in Christmas, FL. On-site role serves as a key partner to field leadership and hourly teams, delivering hands-on HR support across the employee lifecycle.

You will manage onboarding and employee changes, assist with payroll accuracy, and provide policy guidance while maintaining compliant HR records on the job site.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HR experience in HR, employee relations, payroll, recruiting, or workforce coordination.
• Experience supporting hourly employees or field operations.
• Proficiency with MS Office; strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR partner for project sites and field teams.
• Support onboarding, employee changes, transfers, promotions, and offboarding.
• Coordinate new hire onboarding and ensure smooth integration.
• Assist payroll with timekeeping audits and attendance reviews.
• Provide guidance on HR policies and maintain HR records.
• Partner with teams on compliance, audits, and reporting.
