Job summary

Moss, the #1 Solar EPC Contractor in the United States, seeks a Human Resources Field Coordinator to support our Myakka, FL project on-site. You will partner with field leadership and hourly employees to provide hands-on HR support across onboarding, payroll, changes, transfers, promotions, and offboarding, ensuring a positive employee experience.

Day-to-day tasks include onboarding coordination, timekeeping reviews for payroll accuracy, policy guidance, records maintenance, and supporting

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, employee relations, payroll, recruiting, or workforce coordination.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR partner for assigned project sites and field teams.
• Support onboarding, employee changes, transfers, promotions and offboarding.
• Coordinate onboarding and ensure smooth integration of new hires.
• Review timekeeping to support payroll accuracy.
• Provide guidance on HR policies and company programs.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR data.
• Support compliance initiatives, audits, and special projects.
