Addison Group seeks an experienced HR Manager in Tempe, AZ to oversee day-to-day HR operations in a 100% in-office setting. You will shape policies, benefit programs, payroll coordination, and compliance across multiple states while partnering with leadership.

The ideal candidate has 7–10 years of HR experience, is bilingual (Spanish/English), and comfortable handling confidential matters. Direct hire with opportunities for growth and equity participation.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of progressive HR experience with generalist/manager responsibilities.
• Spanish/English bilingual required.
• Experience across multiple states with wage/hour, leave, ADA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle support.
• Coordinate hiring, onboarding, transitions, and offboarding.
• Administer benefits programs and assist with enrollment.
• Maintain HR records and ensure regulatory compliance across states.
• Support compensation administration and salary structures.
• Oversee HRIS and payroll processes for accuracy.
• Develop and improve HR policies and processes.
• Provide HR guidance to leaders and staff.
