Symplicity in Arlington, VA is seeking an agile HR Generalist with 2–4 years of hands-on experience to support our U.S. and Canada workforce.

This 100% on-site role will be based in Arlington, VA, and will cover day-to-day HR operations, regional compliance, and Workday administration as the go-to partner for local employees and managers. You will handle onboarding, benefits coordination, data integrity, and employee relations, while collaborating with leadership to drive culture and workforce

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of progressive HR Generalist experience.
• Experience managing HR operations for US and Canadian workforces.
• 1–2 years hands-on experience using Workday (Core HR and Absence).

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate employee records in Workday and manage hires, terminations, promotions, and transfers.
• Ensure regional compliance with US and Canadian laws and oversee onboarding/offboarding.
• Coordinate benefits and payroll support across US/Canada and assist with policy updates.
