Qualifications

• Experience in employee relations and investigations preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines on-site in Syracuse.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for employee relations questions.
• Conduct investigations, document findings, and support separations.
• Manage FMLA/short-term disability leaves, unemployment claims, and workers' compensation.
• Coordinate with HR Manager on complex issues and policy guidance.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies.
