POLYWOOD LLC in Syracuse, Indiana seeks an Associate | HR Generalist to be the frontline partner for our team members and leaders. You will handle employee relations, investigations, leaves, workers' compensation, and unemployment, spending time on the production floor to stay connected with the team.

You do not need a degree or HR experience to apply; management experience in people-focused fields is considered.

Qualifications

• No degree required; transferable people-skills accepted.
• Experience in HR or people-focused roles is helpful.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to protect confidential information.

Responsabilités

• Serve as first point of contact for employee relations questions and concerns.
• Coordinate investigations, documentation, and employee separations.
• Manage FMLA/short-term disability leaves, workers' compensation, and unemployment processes.
• Assist in policy guidance and performance-related coaching with HR leadership.
• Support administration of employee evaluations and data privacy.
