Responsibilities

• Process payroll transactions for assigned divisions.
• Assist hiring managers through the hiring process.
• Prepare and maintain various reports and databases.
• Answer inquiries from employees and refer to Program Coordinators as needed.
• Enter deductions and other payroll information.
• Assist employees and managers with payroll and benefits questions.
• Assist in onboarding new hires.
• Post positions using HireTrue (MO Careers) platform.
• Provide HR support across topics.
• Other duties as assigned.
