• Ensure compliance with California employment laws and company policies.
• Administer workers' compensation, unemployment claims, and related programs.
• Support lifecycle processes: recruiting, onboarding, performance, promotions, and offboarding.
• Develop dashboards and reports to provide actionable workforce insights.
