Job summary

Central Connecticut Dermatology is a growing dermatology practice with six Connecticut locations, seeking an experienced HR Director to lead people practices and partner with leadership. This on-site role requires strong communication and strategic-ops balance across multiple offices.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years HR generalist experience, healthcare exposure, CT employment knowledge, and proven ability to drive organizational development while delivering excellent service to employees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of progressive HR generalist experience, preferably healthcare and CT employment practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment across multiple locations.
• Oversee day-to-day HR administration (payroll, benefits, policies, records).
• Serve as primary resource for employee relations (performance, leave, workers' comp, investigations, separations).
• Maintain Employee Handbook, job descriptions, performance processes, compensation programs.
