Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, healthcare administration or related field.
• 7+ years HR experience with leadership in multi-site healthcare.
• Experience with benefits, retirement plans and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR strategy and day-to-day operations across CNSA locations.
• Oversee benefits, 401(k) administration and open enrollment activities.
• Manage employee relations, investigations and performance management.
• Ensure HR policy compliance across multi-state operations.
• Partner with MSO and PracticeCore to integrate HR services.
