Qualifications

• 1-3 years of HR Coordinator experience in a structured HR environment.
• Hands-on HRIS experience, especially ADP Workforce Now.
• Not a beginner role; requires independent handling of core HR admin tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support HR administration: paperwork, records, and employee inquiries.
• Coordinate recruitment postings, onboarding, and new hire processes.
• Assist payroll processing and day-to-day benefits administration.
