Job summary

Capitol Bridge Puerto Rico is seeking a proactive On-Site Human Resources Business Partner to join our HR team in Isabela, Puerto Rico. The HRBP will provide comprehensive HR support to client groups, collaborating with managers and employees to align business objectives with HR strategies.

Responsibilities include employee relations, performance management, talent management, compliance, change management, training, and HR metrics. This is a full-time, on-site role with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration or related field.
• Experience in employee relations and HR policy application.
• Bilingual English/Spanish with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as a point of contact for employee relations issues and resolve conflicts.
• Guide managers on performance management and coaching initiatives.
• Support talent management, onboarding, and background checks.
• Ensure HR compliance and assist with change management efforts.
• Lead HR projects and analyze HR metrics for improvements.
