Job summary

The HT Group is seeking a Regional Human Resources Manager to guide HR strategy across multi-site operations in Puerto Rico and Florida. This role partners with senior leaders to drive staffing, development, succession planning, and compliance while shaping organizational effectiveness.

The position offers a base salary of $100,000–$120,000 plus a performance bonus. Hybrid/remote travel as required, full-time employment, and the opportunity to impact business performance through strategic HR

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • Five or more years of progressive HR Generalist or HR Business Partner experience.
  • Experience supporting multi-location or field-based operations.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Experience supporting recruiting, onboarding, compensation, and employee development initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with regional leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
  • Support recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding initiatives to ensure timely staffing across multiple locations.
  • Guide managers on performance management, employee development, succession planning, and workforce planning.
  • Advise leaders on employee relations matters, workplace investigations, and conflict resolution.
  • Provide guidance on HR policies, employment law, and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Partner with training teams to support onboarding, leadership development, compliance training, and career path initiatives.
  • Assist with compensation recommendations, promotions, merit increases, and market pay analysis.
  • Support benefits administration and HR programs while serving as a trusted resource for employees and leadership.
  • Conduct exit interviews and identify trends to improve retention and employee engagement.
  • Develop strong partnerships with business leaders to support organizational growth and change management initiatives.
  • Lead or participate in HR projects focused on process improvement, employee engagement, and operational excellence.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture through effective communication, coaching, and leadership support.

Regional Human Resources Manager


Location: San Juan, PR or Miami, FL (Hybrid/Remote Travel as Required)


Compensation: $100,000-120,000 Base Salary + Performance Bonus (DOE)

The HT Group has partnered with a trusted client in the search for an experienced Regional Human Resources Manager to support multi-site field operations across their Puerto Rico region. This strategic HR business partner will collaborate closely with operational leadership to drive talent acquisition, employee development, succession planning, employee relations, compliance, and organizational effectiveness. The ideal candidate is a proactive HR leader with strong business acumen, exceptional relationship-building skills, and experience supporting geographically dispersed operations. This role offers the opportunity to influence business performance while helping develop a high-performing workforce.


Key Responsibilities

Qualifications Required


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).

  • Experience supporting multi-location or field-based operations.

  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, employee relations, and performance management.

  • Experience supporting recruiting, onboarding, compensation, and employee development initiatives.

  • Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship management skills.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

  • Fluent in both English and Spanish.

  • Previous Human Resources experience supporting operations in Puerto Rico.

  • Ability to travel to Puerto Rico if based in Miami.


Preferred


  • PHR or SPHR certification.

  • Experience supporting multi-unit retail or distributed operations.

  • Demonstrated success leading organizational change and employee engagement initiatives.

  • Strong facilitation and training experience.
