Qualifikationen

• Coordinate all aspects of company housing operations, including assignments, move-ins, transfers, and move-outs.
• Verify housing applications, dependent qualifications, and required documentation.
• Maintain and monitor housing waitlists and occupancy data.
• Input tenant information into housing systems and assist applicants.
• Support rent setup and payroll deductions; track operational metrics.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
