You will oversee complex housing processes, ensure policy compliance, and support payroll and tenant accounting with accurate data and reporting. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and at least three years of related experience in housing operations or administration.
• Knowledge of real estate principles, practices, and laws for property and asset management.
• Techniques of contract administration and leasing processes.
• Record keeping and reporting procedures.
• Awareness of occupational hazards and safety precautions.

Responsabilités

• Manage daily housing operations and act as primary housing contact.
• Ensure policy compliance and support decision-making with accurate data and reporting.
• Resolve housing, leasing, payroll, and customer service issues with sound judgment.
