Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness of our apartment community's public facilities, common areas, and grounds at Highlands at Sweetwater Creek in Duluth, GA.

You will prepare vacant units, respond to resident requests, and support the Community Manager to ensure a welcoming, safe environment for residents.

This role requires a High School diploma or equivalent and basic computer skills, with OSHA and Fair Housing knowledge preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent;Bachelor’s degree preferred or one year’s housing-industry experience.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Clean public facilities, common areas, and grounds daily.
• Prepare vacant units and make-ready process.
• Respond to resident requests and work orders promptly and professionally.
• Maintain safety and enforce community policies as directed by the Community Manager.
• Provide excellent customer service and project a positive image of the community.
