Job summary

AvantStay, Inc. is seeking a Hotel Operations Manager for our new Nexo Hotel in Miami. You will serve as the local on-site leader, directing guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, safety, and programming to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

You will oversee a range of teams, manage labor and payroll, coordinate with departments, and curate hotel programming while maintaining AvantStay’s high standards and a welcoming atmosphere for guests and staff.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in hotel operations or a similar leadership role.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple teams and foster collaboration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Guest Experience Agents, housekeeping and maintenance teams.
• Schedule meetings and train staff to ensure service excellence.
• Oversee guest services, front desk operations and concierge-level service.
• Manage labor, payroll, and in-house resources to optimize productivity.
• Oversee housekeeping, maintenance programs and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with vendors and safety staff to maintain a secure environment.
