Job summary

HUNGRY is hiring an on-site Hospitality Porter in Mountain View to maintain client relationships and ensure overall account success. You’ll master food & beverage craft, work with a team, and engage with customers daily.

Responsibilities include coffee and water machine servicing, inventory management, and ensuring quality and safety in all tasks. The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and excellent customer service within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality experience and proven track record of success.
• Possess a current food handler card and understand basic food safety principles.
• Meticulous, dependable, organized, forward thinking, initiative-taking, and approachable.
• Careful understanding of products, allergens, and ingredients.

Responsibilities

• Coffee machine services: replenishing beans, resetting waste bins, keeping machines clean.
• Inventory tasks/storage room: FIFO rotation, neat stockroom, replenish items for next delivery.
• Water machine services: empty drip tray and keep area clean.
• Snack & fruit services: restock with labels facing out, remove expired items, assist with donations.
• Expired products: return to storage and notify solutions desk for return to warehouse.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment following sanitation regulations.
