Job summary

HUNGRY is seeking an on-site Hospitality Porter to maintain client relationships and ensure overall account success in a fast-paced environment. You will craft coffee and food experiences, work with teammates, and engage with guests daily.

You will handle coffee machine services, inventory tasks, and snack/fruit restocking while upholding safety standards and exceptional service. A food handler card and hospitality experience are required.

Qualifications

• Previous Hospitality experience is required.
• Possess a current food handler card and understand basic food safety principles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions precisely.
• Experience in client success, hospitality, or operations helps.
• Team player with a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Replenish coffee beans and maintain coffee machines.
• Reset waste bins and clean drip trays.
• Manage inventory and rotate stock using FIFO.
• Water machine services: empty drip tray and cleaning.
• Restock snacks and fruit with FIFO, remove expired items.
• Monitor and dispose of expired products; assist with donations.
