Job summary

HUNGRY is seeking an on-site Hospitality Porter to support client relationships and overall account success in a fast-paced environment. You will master coffee and beverage craftsmanship, work with friends, and engage with clients daily.

This part-time role offers Monday–Friday hours about 6am–12pm, totaling 20–29 hours weekly, with an hourly pay of $20–$23. Join a team dedicated to quality, service, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Previous Hospitality experience and proven track record of success.
• Possess a current food handler card and understand basic food safety principles.
• Meticulous, dependable, organized, forward thinking, initiative-taking, and approachable.
• Careful understanding of products, allergens, and ingredients.
• Ability to understand and execute oral and written instructions & request clarification when needed.
• Prepare coffee drinks by following recipes and preparation techniques, use grinding and brewing equipment.
• Ability to educate customers & answer coffee/food related questions.
• Track inventory for snacks, drinks, coffee products.
• Troubleshooting breakdowns, maintaining supplies, assisting with performing preventive maintenance.
• Maintaining a safe and clean work environment by following organization standards and sanitation regulations.
• Have experience in client success, hospitality, or operations, and love building relationships with customers.
• Consider yourself a “people person,” and enjoy meeting others.
• Love working as a team and appreciate the chance to collaborate.

Responsibilities

• Coffee Machine Services: Replenish coffee beans; Reset waste bins; Maintain clean machines inside & out.
• Inventory tasks/storage room: Properly store inventory; Keep stockroom neat; Make list of items needed for next delivery.
