Job summary

HUNGRY seeks an on-site Hospitality Porter to support client relationships and ensure daily account success in a fast-paced environment. You will master coffee and beverage service, work with friends, and meet new people every day while maintaining a high standard of hospitality.

You will handle coffee and snack services, inventory management, and safe, clean operations. A background in hospitality and strong communication are essential for delicious guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Prior hospitality experience and proven success in service roles.
• Possess a current food handler card and understand basic food safety principles.
• Meticulous, dependable, organized, forward thinking, initiative-taking, and approachable.
• Able to understand and follow oral and written instructions; seek clarification when needed.
• Excellent communication to educate customers on coffee/food questions.

Responsibilities

• Replenish coffee beans and reset waste bins; maintain machines.
• Manage inventory: store dry and refrigerated goods with FIFO; keep stockroom neat.
• Track snacks, drinks, and coffee product levels; restock as needed.
