Qualifications

• 2-3 years in residential construction, design selections, or project coordination preferred.
• Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of residential construction, finishes, and design processes preferred.
• Strong organization and time management with multi-project focus.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to read plans and use design documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate homeowners through the design selection process within timelines and budgets.
• Schedule design meetings, showroom visits, and vendor appointments.
• Prepare and distribute selection sheets, packages, change orders, and docs.
• Track milestones, approvals, and deadlines to support schedules.
• Communicate selections and changes to project managers and vendors.
• Maintain design documentation in Hyphen/BuildPro or related systems.
• Assist with maintaining the Design Center and presentation materials.
• Respond promptly to homeowner questions about selections and timelines.
• Collaborate with Design, Construction, Sales, Purchasing, and Accounting teams.
• Visit job sites to verify selections are installed correctly and resolve discrepancies.
