Job summary

WM Healthcare Solutions is seeking a Hospital Services Worker to travel between Minneapolis-area healthcare facilities, providing on-site proactive collection and exchange of waste containers for WMHS programs including Sharps, Pharmaceutical Waste, and Document Management.

This role requires on-site presence, compliance with immunization requirements, a valid driver’s license, and strong customer service skills. WM offers comprehensive benefits such as health coverage and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• On-site presence at WMHS customer locations and immunization requirements.
• 2 years industry-related experience in customer service preferred or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Travels between customer healthcare facilities to monitor, collect, and exchange waste containers for WMHS programs.
• Interact professionally with onsite customer staff to meet or exceed service expectations.
• Maintain a strict collection and service schedule.
• Communicate duty status on a defined schedule.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
