WM is seeking a Hospital Services Worker to travel between healthcare facilities in the Minneapolis area, performing proactive collection and exchange of waste containers under WM Healthcare Solutions programs, including Sharps and Pharmaceutical Waste.

You will maintain schedules, interact with onsite staff, and ensure service expectations are met. A valid driver’s license is required; on-site presence at customer locations is essential. Safety training and immunization requirements may apply.

Competenze

• The role requires on-site presence at WMHS customer locations and compliance with immunization requirements imposed by customers.
• 2 years of industry-related experience in customer service or equivalent work experience is preferred.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• High School Diploma or GED is preferred.

Mansioni

• Travels between customer healthcare facilities to monitor, collect, and exchange waste containers for WMHS programs.
• Interacts professionally with onsite customer staff to meet or exceed service expectations.
• Maintains a strict collection and service schedule.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
