Job summary

WM is seeking a Hospital Services Worker to travel between customer healthcare facilities performing proactive collection and exchange of waste containers for WM Healthcare Solutions programs, including Sharps Management, Pharmaceutical Waste, and Document Management. The role requires on-site presence, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift and move containers in a healthcare environment.

You will follow a scheduled service plan and coordinate with on-site staff to meet service

Qualifications

• On-site presence at WMHS customer locations required.
• 2 years industry-related experience in customer service preferred.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Preferred education: High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Travels between customer healthcare facilities to proactively monitor, collect, and exchange waste containers for WMHS programs and services.
• Interacts professionally with onsite customer staff to ensure service expectations are met or exceeded.
• Maintains a rigid collection and service schedule.
• Communicates duty status on a defined schedule.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned.
