Job summary

WM Healthcare Solutions (WMHS) Hospital Services Worker travels between customer healthcare facilities providing on-site proactive collection and exchange of waste containers for WMHS programs, including Sharps Management Service, Pharmaceutical Waste, Controlled Substances, and Document Management.

The role requires professional interaction with onsite staff, adherence to a scheduled service plan, and the ability to perform lifting and pushing tasks.

Qualifications

• On-site presence at WMHS customer locations is required.
• Immunization requirements may apply per customer.
• 2 years of industry-related customer service experience preferred; or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Travels between customer facilities to collect and exchange waste containers for WMHS programs.
• Interacts professionally with onsite staff to meet service expectations.
• Maintains a strict collection and service schedule.
• Communicates duty status on a defined schedule.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
