Job summary

WM Healthcare Solutions is seeking a Hospital Services Worker to travel between customer healthcare facilities in Florida, proactively collecting and exchanging waste containers for WMHS programs, including Sharps, Pharmaceutical Waste, and Document Management.

The role requires on-site presence, a valid driver’s license, a high school diploma, and strong communication to meet service expectations and maintain a strict service schedule.

Qualifications

• Requires on-site presence at WMHS customer locations and compliance with mandatory immunization requirements.
• 2 years industry related experience in a customer service capacity preferred, or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• High School Diploma or GED is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Travels between customer healthcare facilities to monitor, collect, and exchange waste containers for WMHS programs.
• Interacts professionally with onsite customer staff to ensure service expectations are met or exceeded.
• Maintains a rigid collection and service schedule.
• Communicates duty status on a defined schedule.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
