Job summary

Baxter Healthcare in Palo Alto, CA seeks a Sr. Technical Analyst to manage on-site Care Communications Solutions for assigned hospital locations. You will ensure high-level service, build lasting relationships, and support deployments and upgrades.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years in healthcare/IT customer-facing roles, with strong communication skills and hardware/software troubleshooting experience. This is an on-site role with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of healthcare/IT customer-facing work.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal skills to collaborate with clinical staff.
• Experience resolving hardware and software issues, preferably in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of Baxter Care Communications solution, architecture and offerings.
• Build strong end-user relationships that are referenceable.
• Drive adoption, increase satisfaction, and aid renewal of software and services for the hospital.
• Provide on-site customer support and assist with issue resolution.
• Collaborate with stakeholder groups to address needs and issues.
• Maintain and edit directory in Web Admin portal as agreed with hospital.
• Assist with device provisioning, validation and deployment.
• Provide on-site support during upgrades and test new features.
• Track issues to drive process improvements and reduce concerns.
• Deliver training for new employee orientations and provide reference materials.
