Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Provider Recruitment by executing a wide range of recruitment and onboarding activities.
• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes for physicians and providers.
• Develop and update job postings across platforms to ensure visibility.
• Source candidates using job boards, social media, and events.
• Serve as the primary contact for provider applicants and stakeholders.
• Track applicant data, communications, and CVs in the ATS.
• Screen candidates based on job criteria and fit.
• Assist with onboarding, credentialing, and background checks.
• Support visa processes and loan repayment program requirements.
