Job summary

GlobalMed Logistix, LLC is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager to oversee daily operations for assigned accounts, ensuring seamless order fulfillment, inventory control and strong client relations at our Norcross, GA facility.

You will work with the Quality Team to maintain QMS compliance, manage invoicing and month-end closing, and lead customer service, logistics, and receiving teams in a fast-paced, exempt environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience.
• Proven experience in life sciences, medical device, or logistics industries, with 3PL/4PL experience preferred.
• Familiarity with ISO certifications, especially ISO 13485:2003.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and administrative activities for assigned accounts.
• Ensure seamless order fulfillment, inventory management, and customer service.
• Coordinate with Quality Team to ensure QMS compliance.
• Act as primary client advocate and main point of contact.
• Manage financial accounts, invoicing, and month-end closing.
• Maintain OSHA/FDA compliant warehouse areas.
• Lead and develop operations teams (CS, logistics, receiving, order fulfillment).
