Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Complies with NFPA, Life Safety and OSHA regulations.
• Lead a team of subordinates and delegating work areas to them.
• Establishes and administers preventive maintenance program.
• Maintains and repairs stationary steam boilers and related equipment.
• Performs daily inspections of boilers, pipelines, and equipment for leaks.
• Repairs, installs, replaces, and tests electrical circuits and appliances to supply power.
• Provides orientation and ongoing training to staff.
• Ensures staff competence is assessed and improved continually.
• Participates in staff meetings and quality improvement programs.
• Adheres to infection control policies and procedures.
